2. Using this website
This website provides general information about Engaged Leads and our services. By using it, you agree to these website terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
You may use this website for lawful purposes. You must not misuse it, introduce harmful software, attempt to gain unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.
We may update the website and these terms. Please check this page when you visit. Changes apply to your use of the website from the time they are published. They do not change an existing client agreement.
We take reasonable care with the information on this website, but it is general information, not professional advice or an offer to enter into a contract. Content may change. We do not promise that the website will always be available, complete, up to date or error-free. We may suspend or withdraw access where needed.
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites or their content.
3. The 40-showround guarantee
40 showrounds with engaged couples in 90 days. Or we keep working for free.
What counts
an engaged couple who want a date you have free, with guest numbers within your capacity and a budget at or above your minimum spend, inside your travel radius, who attend the showround. No-shows are replaced, not counted.
Your side of the deal
keep showround slots open, keep the ad budget running on your own Meta account, follow up booked couples within one working day, and mark each showround as attended or missed.
The guarantee
if we don't reach 40 attended showrounds in 90 days, we keep working, with no further fee, until we do. The 90 days start when the ads go live.
Full terms are set out in each client's agreement. Please read your agreement for the complete service scope, the agreed area, qualification requirements and the conditions that apply to your venue.
4. Intellectual property
The website’s content, including its copy, design and images, belongs to South West Leads Ltd, except where another owner is identified. You may view the website and keep a copy for your own internal business reference. You must not reproduce, distribute or use its content commercially without our written permission, except where the law allows it. Third-party fonts and software remain subject to their owners’ licences.
5. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful or unreasonable. This section relates to website use. Liability for services is addressed in your client agreement.
6. Privacy

7. Governing law
